By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below. We are not responsible for any losses caused by failure to read these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Service Scope & Description
- Purpose of Service
Our services aim to increase the visibility of your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and improve relevant metrics such as followers and likes. - No Interaction Guarantee
Newly delivered followers are not guaranteed to like, comment, or engage. - Account Quality
Delivered accounts may not include profile photos, completed bios, or posted content. - Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Refunds are generally not provided for delays unless otherwise agreed.
We will make every effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.
2. Refill Policy (For services marked with “Refill/Warranty”)
- Refill service is valid only within the specified warranty period.
- (Removed) Previous “Application Timing” Clause
- Account requirements during refill:
Must remain public
Username must not be changed
Refill is based on the original order link - Refill time is usually 0–72 hours, depending on actual conditions.
- Users must check refill results themselves.
3. Order Policy
- No After-Sales Coverage in the following cases:
Order still in progress
Account set to private
Username changed during delivery
Losses from these situations are the user's responsibility. - Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after submission except in special cases. - Duplicate Orders
Avoid placing multiple orders for the same link before previous orders complete.
No after-sales support for issues caused by duplicate or multi-provider orders.
4. Important Notice
During periods of official platform monitoring, social media platforms may continuously remove inactive, non-compliant, or abnormal accounts 24/7.
This may result in a decrease in follower count, which is a common industry-wide phenomenon (except for some special services).
Please acknowledge and accept this risk before placing your order.
5. After-Sales Service
1. If any issue occurs during the service process, please contact customer support in time. We will assist you according to the type of service.
2. Special Notes (The following situations are not covered by after-sales service)
- Fluctuations caused by the user’s own actions:
If follower count temporarily increases (e.g., mutual follows, friends) and later drops, it is not eligible for refill. - Drops caused by official platform clean-ups:
Platforms usually remove early-stage or abnormal accounts first.
If you previously purchased followers elsewhere, the initial baseline is the real-time data at the moment of placing the order. - Accounts with a large number of existing followers:
If an account originally has many followers (e.g., 3,000) but the order purchased only a small amount (e.g., 100), any large-scale drop is not related to our service. - Purchasing from multiple sellers simultaneously:
Buying followers / views / likes from multiple sellers may result in totals not adding up as expected.
After-sales support is calculated based on the initial value before the order + the required amount for this order only.
6. Disclaimer
If your social media account is suspended or removed due to violating platform rules (e.g., adult content, gambling, drugs, copyright infringement), we are not responsible for any losses and do not provide refunds.
